My flatmate and I lived at Eda for 12 months and moved out not long ago, which was very sad as we loved every minute of living at Eda, the apartment was elegant and the furniture was gorgeous, bathrooms are huge. Didn't use the amenities much but they are all pretty awesome.

The staff are amazing, Martin on the reception was our saviour a few times with us being 2 girls straight out of Uni and not a clue how to work most things in the apartment( the embarrassment was real) but he put us at ease straight away, he attended a few times to help us with appliances, electrics etc. and always took us through what to do step by step.

The building ... has a comfortable look to it that can allow me to feel safe and relaxed in my home. Eda has different social spaces ranging from a cinema room to a gym which i am a huge fan of as i don’t need to pay for a membership for a public gym and the gym is just a flight down the stairs away. the staff are also very professional and approachable.
WINNER
The amenities are brilliant especially the dining room which is perfect for a family gathering, reasonably priced and can entertain and cook for the entire family without all the cleaning efforts that come with hosting at home, worth every penny. We have had a couple of maintenance requests which were remedied very promptly.

The building management is so good. Very quick to respond. I have no concerns about living here and as it has a great design. Any of the renekar buildings are the same in terms of design and amenities. Well very similar. So if you get the opportunity to live in one I would

Really nice spacious flats with good facilities as standard. The onsite gym is a good size and has recently been upgraded with new equipment. The building is well maintained and cleaned regularly. Staff are always friendly and there is a 24 hr concierge

The flat we live in is great and the facilities are always clean. I use the gym very regular and never have any problems with it. overall, I can have no complaints with any of the facilities within the building and the building management is very efficient and effective.

Amazing location and events arrangement! I like the indoors design of Anaconda, the furniture is in good condition and quality. There’s a resident app for parcels collection, resident events and announcements etc. The management team here is amazing, they really put effort into arranging a variety of events!
