Coliving Operator: An all-rounded solution br>for Modern Housing Needs

Everything under one roof.

We are a coliving operator offering one-stop solutions across the spectrum of housing, from student housing to coliving spaces, build-to-rent projects, and senior living. Designing a project, lease-up, operations, and exit strategies are all parts of the capabilities portfolio of a coliving operator. More specially in the context of student housing, we can rightly boast of designing and executing strategies that maximize rental growth, reduce gross-to-net leakage, and enhance overall returns.

About Us

Leveraging over two decades of residential experience via our sister company, Ringley Group, our position as a coliving operator is further enhanced by leading edge technologies such as PlanetRent. Such tools seek to drive forward operational efficiency, ESG performance, and the quality of services for residents.

As an innovator in coliving operations, deep knowledge of both consumer and capital markets gives us strength to mitigate the gross-to-net leakage and drive net operating income. This concentration also drives enhanced resident satisfaction amongst Students, Renters, and Retirees alike.

How we

Integrate Tech?

We, as coliving operators, know that technology enhances—not replaces—human touch. Our tech integration makes it much easier to simplify tasks, clarify reporting lines, and ensure accountability in the running of large-scale, institutional-grade portfolios.

This approach is therefore most welcome in student housing, where efficiency of operations counts a lot. If not handled by a tech-enabled coliving operator, the risks would be data disconnects, increased human error, complex reporting structures, and unnecessary rework.

"Technology needs to be incorporated at every stage of the asset lifecycle"
What is
PlanetRent?

Our PlanetRent platform is a standout tool in the market, particularly for institutional investors looking for automation. As a coliving operator, we provide an integrated solution that furnishes detailed insights into target markets, rental expectations, rent reviews, lease expiry graphs, and void analysis. Moreover, it also covers tenant vetting, compliance, lease-up charts, break clauses, inquiries, contract expiry graphs, and more. Specifically, such features are designed to meet the requirements of student housing, one of the most focal points of any forward-thinking coliving operator.

Partner with us to become your coliving operator, and access an optimized system for running student housing and other residential services at maximum efficiency. Due to the focused attention that comes from our dedication, every phase of the resident experience is enhanced from move-in to lease termination, creating student housing a seamless and profitable venture.

How We
Integrate Tech?

The way we Integrate tech across our work enables role simplification, clear reporting line and accountability. Our aim is simple: to allow management of institutional-grade portfolios of scale.

Without a tech-enabled partner, you risk disconnected data, greater exposure to human error, multiple layers of reporting and all the re-work that goes with that.

"Technology needs to be incorporated at every stage of the asset lifecycle"
What is
PlanetRent?

Our PlanetRent platform is one of the best conceived on the market and has helped some of the industry's leading institutional investors automate the entirety of this process.

Our fully Integrated solution provides granular level detail into prospective target markets, rental expectations, rent reviews, lease expiry graphs and void analysis, while on the deal and contract side it covers tenant vetting and compliance, lease up charts, break clauses, enquiries, contract expiry graphs, and much more.
